SSEAYP Photo exhibition in Bangkok


The Bangkok Reunion on Board committee is organising a "SSEAYP and The Cities: The Journey of Happiness" Photograph Exhibition. The committee is delighted to welcome photos from all PYs of all batches. This is your chance to display your favourite photos on board Nippon Maru!

(Note: host families can also participate in this exhibition)

What kind of photos they are looking for?
  • happy and impressive moments during your SSEAYP experience

It can be portrait, landscape, night shot, or simply anything that captures your SSEAYP memories.

What is the photo format?
  • digital
  • negative film

They can be either black and white or colour which you can either send the photos in digital files or in hard copies.

For digital ones: each file should be at least 1280 x 960 pixels (.jpg).

For hard copies, photos should be at least 4 x 6 inches in dimension.

You are advised to make another copy before sending to the organiser. Please do not send your original hard copy as the organiser afraid damage could occur to the photos in the course of mailing.


Submission

All digital files can be sent to rob2008photo@gmail.com .

Please include your full name, email address, country, batch and year of your SSEAYP participation. Also, kindly indicate where the photos were taken along with few words to describe them, e.g. what was happening in the photos or simply what is your feeling or memory about them.

For those who wish to send their hard copies:

Selection Criteria


Photos that meet the theme will be selected and displayed at the Bangkok ROB evening on board Nippon Maru! Those whose photos are selected to be exhibited will receive souvenir for their participation.

Conditions


1. All photos entered will not be used for other purpose after the exhibition is completed. If the organsier wish to do so, a letter requesting for approval will be sent to the owner of the photo.

2. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage occur during the mailing process. ALL Photos must be submitted by 30 October 2008.
