20:00 - Meeting of Council of Presidents (COP)
*10 Asean countries and Japan

21:00 – 23:00 - Pagcor Night (*cocktails at Casino Waterfront Hotel, Lahug)

08:15 - Presidents/Head of Delegates of all Alumni Association, IYEO representatives (Japan), Cabinet Office of Japan/Parliament Secretary to gather in one function room to meet the
Guest of Honor

08:45 - Proceed to Plenary Hall with the Guest of Honor

09:00 - Opening Ceremony

09:05 – 09:10 - Welcome Remarks from SIP President, Mr. Frankie Ong Bata

09:10 – 09:15 - Welcome Message from SSEAYP International Secretary General

09:15 – 09:20 - Address from the Cabinet Office of Japan/Parliament Secretary of Japan (*representing the Japanese Government)

09:20 - Introduction of Guest of Honor by emcee

09:25 – 09:35 - Speech from the Guest of Honor

09:35 – 10:15 - Gift Presentation of each President/Head of Delegates of all Alumni Association, IYEO Representative (Japan), the Cabinet Office of Japan/Parliament Secretary to the Guest of Honor
- Photo Session with the Guest of Honor per Country

10:15 – 10:30 - Coffee Break

10:30 – 10:40 - SSEAYP International Secretary General’s Report

10:40 – 10:50 - Council of President’s Report

10:50 – 11:45 - Country Report (*maximum of 5 minutes per country; 10 Asean countries and Japan)

11:45 – 11:50 - Emcee will explain the program in the afternoon

11:55 - Closing

12:00 – 13:30 - Lunch Break

13:45 - Participants to proceed at the Exhibit Hall area

14:00 - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with all Presidents/Head of Delegates of each Alumni Association, IYEO Japan, Cabinet Office of Japan/Parliament Secretary & Guest of Honor

14:15 – 14:30 - 1st Discussion : Travel Network
(*discussion will focus on top tourist spots in Cebu and in the Philippines)

13:00 - Back to Waterfront Hotel, Lahug

13:00 – 18:00 - Free time for all participants

18:30 - Prepare for Closing Dinner
