This application form is available (during office hours) at Level 3, Youth and Sports Department (JBS), at Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (KKBS), Jalan Kebangsaan.
The Ports of Call for 37th SSEAYP are Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam from 25 October to 15 December 2010.
